Ashton Electronics Inc.
Established in 1978, is one of the largest Independent Factory Authorized Service Centers in Southern California. Our technicians are Factory Trained and A+ Certified.

We offer service on most major brands of consumer electronics, computers, printers, scanners, terminals, monitors and point of sale printers,  in and out of manufacturers warranty. We offer On-Site, Depot, Carry-In and Ship-In services.

You can carry-in or ship-in your products to us.

At Ashton Electronics we pride our selves in the quality and level of service we provide our dealers and customers, we try to eliminate the hassles of service for dealers. Our focus is on making service as easy as possible for our dealers.

Each dealer will be assigned a service representative that will visit your locations once a month to resolve all service issues and to help improve our level of service to you.

We service 30 dealers of varying sizes. If you would like to join our team or if we can assist you in any way please send us a request form and a representative will contact you.

Retailer Services Include:

1. Free pickup and delivery to Dealer locations in Southern California. (weekly)
2. Full warranty service on most major brands of products. ( see our brand list for more information on Audio/Video and Computers we service)
3. Five (5) day turnaround time for repairs.
4. Full inventory reports every week on work in progress.
5. Free software and hardware for tracking all your products in our possession. (contact us for more details)
6. One Stop Shop for all your service needs.
7. Authorized to service most third party Service Contracts.
8. On-site service for all your floor displays.
9. On-site service for all your customers.
